So no matter what goes wrong or whatever happens you can be sure you will be looked after with the best customer care service possible - no matter how many times. Should your product be beyond repair, or the necessary parts to do the repair are unavailable then a replacement will be arranged.

Disposal of your old appliance

If you purchase a large electric or gas product fron us we can remove your old one for recycling at the same time as we deliver your new one. Please note your old appliance should be disconnected.
